Meet Billy

Billy is a San Diego native who spent his early career in social services. He has worked with a variety of populations including military families, college students, transitional-aged youth, and individuals experiencing homelessness. In 2018 Billy decided to make a life change and pursue his Graduate Degree in Nonprofit Leadership and Management where he focused on developing human capital, which is a fancy way of saying empowering the people side of organizations.

Billy’s consulting work has included a focus on the start-up space. He has supported organizations in the incorporation process, written and edited governance documents, and facilitated conversations with organizational leadership to develop short-term and long-term goals and strategies.

Amidst all this, Billy found he could not stay away from school and is currently working towards his Ph.D. in Leadership with a focus on Change Management, Coaching, and Consultation. He hopes to empower others to achieve the success they want to see in their lives.
